Hi! I’m Jasmin!

I am a Data Scientist at DB Systel GmbH, starting in the beginning of July 2024 my Master Thesis at Technische Universität Darmstadt in cooperation with the Chinese University of Hong Kong .
My thesis will be about the Evaluation of Generative Models. I am interested in Machine Learning, especially in Generative Models and Security for Machine Learning (or usage of Machine Learning in Security).

During my thesis, I will be 10 months in Asia (and on vacation at DB Systel GmbH) to work as Junior Research Assistant at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and to travel afterwards.
The current plan is to visit Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and China. Maybe I will collect some other places on the go.

In my spare time I love to learn languages. I am fluent in German(Hallo!), English(Hi!) and Spanish(Hola!) and I speak a bit of Dutch(Hoi!). Also I started to learn Mandarin(你好!).
I love to play Dungeons and Dragon as Dungeon Master or explorer, seldom I paint on canvas and I have a big weakness for Asian tea culture.
Also I am interested in mushrooms in the forest and I prefer to decorate my apartment with taxidermy and plants.
My favorite Musik is Alternative Metal, Atmospheric Black Metal, Psytrance, Organic House and Movie/Video Game Music.
